GI Signboard, Tadika Krista Taman Pinggiran Subang

After 5 hours we worked under the sun, we then heading to Taman Pinggiran Subang for another installation for our customer Tadika Krista.

Worldwide Holdings Sdn Bhd

We know it's been too long since our last post. Work has been really hectic for us here. We're enjoying the challenge though. In fact, yesterday we were spending 13 hours on site from installing the signboards for our customers. Not the best way to spend Sundays, but we were really satisfied that we managed to complete our work. :) Anyways, we've been meaning to publish many posts for a while but we could only publish this post now because blogging on weekdays at the moment is impossible. Maybe in the future, things will change hopefully.


So, in 9.30am yesterday on Sunday, we arrived at Worldwide Holdings Berhad to install their box-up lettering with acrylic based logo.

Installer pasted a roll of marked paper to the wall so that the box-up stay balanced and straight.

Road Sign for Koperasi Kakitangan UiTM Berhad.

The road sign (papan tanda di tepi jalan raya) indeed is a directional functions for a driver searching a particular organization as picture below:

The road sign however should pass somehow a guideline for installation the signboard on the roadside/ directional signs. The installation should have a remarks or permission from the owner of the land to the installation of road side. The visual design should be short and clear. The most important, the installation of the roadside should not block or impede the use of public facilities, pedestrians and driver's view. The guidelines provided by the Local Authority for every city depends on them. 

Pictures below are the step how we install Koperasi Kakitangan UiTM MARA Berhad, Shah Alam, Selangor. 

The structure size 3 ft x 2 ft

The pole height 7 feet.

Make a hole about 3 feet into the soil.

Mix the plaster / cement with sand and also small rocks with water. Blend it till the mixture blend-in. 

Then, fill -in the mixture into the hole together with the structure of road side. 

Balance the height 

Cleans the mixture and do some details.
