Changing surface of signboard is not an easy task as we can imagine. The reality somehow might be very complicated but it depends on how bad situation is at the site ( meaning that the condition of the existing signboard).
This entry will story about the process of replacement / changing new surface for a particular signboard.
The material used is white Polycarbonate stick with clear sticker. Sticker should be relaxed about 6 hours minimum to 1 day for the sticker to completely pasted onto the Poly surface.

Picture 1 : Check the surface and sticker so that it would stick completely without any problem.
The existing poly surface was removed first so that the installer would begin their work to service (maintenance) ,clean and check the lighting are in good conditions and repair the parts of unused anymore.
The new poly was inserted into the existing signboard with careful so that the sharp edge of the signboard will not damage the surface & sticker.
